A 1998 MELHS grad, Patrick Thirion has made a name for himself in the local culinary scene as owner of Peel Wood Fired Pizza.
Dr. Bernard Bull
A 1989 MELHS graduate, Dr. Bull became the president of Concordia University, Nebraska in 2021. He credits his teachers at MELHS for instilling in him a love of learning and intellectual curiosity.
